Pumped up kicks

More photo challenge and random pictures.  A recent one was to take a picture of your kid brushing her teeth.  This was kind of weird and I tried playing around with it, but this is what I ended up with.

Then with a prop that represents them.  Sam, my glamour girl.

Here is another one from that series.

For Zoey, her prop was a cup.  She is never far from her cups.  They usually have water in them and water ("Wawa") may be her second most used words.  She sometimes carries the soft straw ones in her teeth, which is weird.  But this was a hard straw and had smoothie in it.  A great recipe I got from a friend to sneak veggies in the toddler diet with up to 5 ounces spinach, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 banana, 1/2 cup milk (can be soy, almond, etc), 1/2 cup unsweetened juice (like pomegrante), 1 T flax seed.  I thought it was okay.  It did not taste like spinach at all.  And Zoey drank it really well.  Sam was not a fan.  It may have been better with a frozen banana or something.

Telling a story.  She was actually telling about when I told a joke.  She has been into jokes lately and we heard some on kids place live (XM radio).  Knock Knock, Who's There, Cow, Cow Who, No Cows Moo Owls Who.

She has been really into the pictures and loves coming up with ideas.  Here is her silly face.

Zoey loves playing and getting into things.  She copies whatever we do.  I made a voom noise when driving a matchbox car, so here she is going voom, voom as she drives the bear around.

And Zoey has recently become obsessed with her new flip flops.  She brings them to me and says shoes and feet over and over as she tries to put them on.  And she then gets so mad if one comes off accidently.
