January catch up!

My new job doing research, stats analysis and writing for 20+ hours a week keeps me so busy.  With my 3 classes, I basically work full time but still do all the SAHM things as well.  Thank goodness for Nick's flexible schedule and Nana.  But I wanted to try and catch up.  So here is the random assortment of pictures from January 2016.

Fiona started crawling at just after 7 months.  She is fascinated with the dogs.

Got one 7 month panda pic before she crawled away...

To play with the cord of the sound machine.

She loves food.  Was not great at it for a bit, but will accept spoon food and soft self-feed foods.

Cute outfit!

Loves her sisters.

Sweet sleeper.  Not a great sleeper always, it ebbs and flows, hopefully we will get there.

Loves swinging!

Silly yogurt face!

Her eyes are very much brown!

A rare shot of Nick.  I was playing with low light photography.

Samantha entered an arts competition for the PTA and got an award at the state level.  So proud!

The theme was let your imagination soar.  Here is her entry.

My blue eyed girl.

Has lost 4 teeth!

Look at those eyes!

Sunset on clear lake.

Look at her hair, and she wants straight hair :(

Homework time.  Such a good reader and writer already!  Works so hard.

Reading to Fiona.

We believe in child labor!

More to come!

The rest of 2015

I always say it, but wow is life busy.  I will update more later, but I wanted to do a quick post to finish out all our fun from 2015.

We went on the Christmas Train in Alvin, TX.

I did a photo shoot with Fiona using Christmas lights.

She licked the present.

Fiona started sleeping with her bottom up more.

We hung out with our good friends, The Pabons.  It is super hard ot get a picture of 5 kids!  Especially since Zoey was not in the mood for a picture.

Nick did a light show again this year.  It included this awesome sign he made.

And an elephant we got on clearance last year.

We have tried to embrace Texas life :)

The neighborhood Santa party.  Zoey was sick :(

My parents got the girls a swing set for Christmas.

I found the perfect shirt for Zoey!

Sam got a kindle.

Zoey got her own tablet.

A family shot.

A mom's club Christmas party.

A cookie exchange at a fun pirate ship park.

Art in the park.

A snow fest at a local church.

Our first Christmas with 5 stockings!

A density playdate.

Gingerbread house making.

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season.  I will try to update on the beginning of 2016 soon!
